• Outdoor, handyman, painting, plumbing, electrical and AC work
• CCTV, smart home and commercial maintenance
• Service availability may vary by job and location

03Estimates and Quotations

We give a free estimate before work starts.

• Estimates are based on the details and photos you share
• The final price may change if the job turns out different on site
• Any extra work is agreed with you before it starts

04Booking and Access

Please help us complete the job smoothly.

• Confirm the date, time and address with our team
• Make sure we can access the site and the work area
• Tell us about hazards such as hidden pipes or wiring
• Give notice if you need to change or cancel a booking

05Payment

Payment terms are agreed in the quote or invoice.

• Prices are in Omani Rial (OMR), with VAT added where applicable
• Payment is due as stated in the quote or invoice
• Materials and parts are charged as agreed

06Quality and Workmanship

We aim for neat, safe and lasting work.

• Work is done by skilled technicians to a good standard
• If something is not right, tell us and we will review it
• Any warranty on a job is stated in the quote or invoice

07Customer Responsibilities

Some things need to be in place before we start.

• Provide correct information about the job
• Move valuables and fragile items from the work area
• Make sure you have the right to approve work at the property
• Check the work with us when it is finished

08Limits of Liability

We take care, but some things are outside our control.

• We are not liable for faults that were hidden or not disclosed to us
• We are not liable for delays caused by weather, supplier delays or events beyond our control
• Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided, as far as Omani law allows
